On the 26th of april, the partners visited the location of the Cityriver project on the Victorialaan.
The project aims to integrate a natural flowing river in a new urban environment on the Victorialaan. Not only does the river offer leisure opportunities and a green space for the neighboring inhabitants, it also doubles as a water draining system, replacing the convential gutter and sewage systems. The realization of the project is expected to started in 2019, suffered some delays due to COVID-19 and is expected to be finished by summer 2021.
